AWARD WINNING
The Wismar-based SonoBeacon GmbH has won first prize in the "Global Supply Chain" category as part of the "Fast Mover" start-up competition 2020. The award was given to innovative logistics concepts in times of Corona. The competition was organized by Digital Hub Logistics GmbH. The winners were selected by a jury of experts consisting of managers from DHL, Volkswagen, the management consultancy Ingenics, the Logistik-Initiative-Hamburg and Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG. Out of a large number of participants, SonoBeacon GmbH was awarded as the winner in the category "Global Supply Chain" and, in addition to the prize money, will receive several workshops to take its own concepts to the next level

DB mindbox Selection Day - Regional Traffic 2024
SonoBeacon chosen to Deutsche Bahn’s signature startup program.

A reliable forecast of the capacity utilization of buses is essential. Merely taking counts is not sufficient for this, rather the analysis and understanding of the dynamics of passenger flows is paramount.
Therefore, after a tough selection process, SonoBeacon was chosen to put this technology to the acid test in regular operation together at DB Regio.
